remove chart as listener on leaderboard's selection provider when the chart is closed;

refactored ChartsPanel into Component with separate settings infrastructure;
...
A new MultiChartsPanel emulates the previous behavior with multiple charts. ChartsPanel was renamed
to ChartPanel and doesn't show a chart type selection in its settings component. Not tested, probably
doesn't work yet, but at least it compiles in Eclipse.
