Axel Uhl f7413fbdb8 catch the IllegalArgumentException thrown when an unknown nationality is given for a competitor and leave nationality null; 
made all uses of getNationality() null-safe.

Axel Uhl 74ee4839e4 removed extra map for last live time point; use existing startOfRace/endOfRace/timePointOfNewestEvent/hasGPSData/hasWindData instead; 
additionally, LeaderboardOverviewPanel and EventOverviewPanel now use Timer-based synchronization between client and server time
