removed extra map for last live time point; use existing startOfRace/endOfRace/timePointOfNewestEvent/hasGPSData/hasWindData instead;

additionally, LeaderboardOverviewPanel and EventOverviewPanel now use Timer-based synchronization between client and server time

b) Added unique identifier for each replica. This now allows to have
multiple replicas per physical host. It also make deregistration
deterministic.
