Fredrik Teschke 5bcdda873c use explicit intents to communicate with services instead of implicit intents 
- to get rid of Android warnings (implicit intents are discouraged)
- removes the need for intent filtes for those intents
- did not fix all implicit intents in the RCApp

Fredrik Teschke d56142a7e0 app-dependent intent names for contacting message service 
- otherwise, one intent to send a message would trigger both services (or possibly the wrong one)
- this could cause a problem in the custom message restorers, if they expect a special format
