- added a general test if check url of productive server is available and only execute test if server is reachable, because all tests are depending on this resource.
- one test is still not working completely until productive system is updated to handle qr-code generation requests for Race Manager App. This code is deactivated.

the tests were now failing because the "user" role only implies the default
actions for all objects owned by the user; UPLOAD_MEDIA is not a default
action, however. Therefore, it needs to be added to the test user
explicitly.

remove Alias(Factory)? stuff from Selenium project;
...
this lets us remove an old version of cglib which is no longer supported
and doesn't work with Java 17. The usages have been re-designed to use
the regular cell table entry iteration methods without problems.

improved logging in GenericCellTablePO.createEntry to find out more about test failures;
...
TestLeaderboardConfiguration.testDynamicRaceDeletion fails with 4%
probability when it cannot obtain the DataEntryPO objects for the races
in the series table after deleting one race column from that series. The
log so far ("Can't create DataEntry of type DataEntryPO") suggests that
something went wrong while trying to invoke the constructor.
I've added logging for all exceptions caught in the process of
stepping through the superclasses in case finally no constructor
was found or none terminated normally.
