Fredrik Teschke e004c433cc pull out mail functionality into own service and bundle 
- needs to live outside com.sap.sse due to dependency on replication
- use mail.properties instead of security.properties
- introduced ServiceTrackerFactory, which led to refactorings in SailingServiceImpl and ~Mock

Axel Uhl 61f6e86ad9 added dependency from com.sap.sse.security.test to com.sap.sse.security.userstore.mongodb; 
the mongodb bundle contains the activator that registers a user store service under
interface UserStore in the OSGi registry. This is what the security service is looking
for
