Was only meant for comparison purposes with Regression. Now regression is
used every anyway, so we only need to have the regression processors

let TrackedRaceImpl resolve against DomainFactory which now has a RaceLogResolver which is provided by RacingEventService;
...
in production mode, the RacingEventService constructors make sure that the DomainFactory uses the RacingEventService as
its RaceLogResolver. The resolver is used by TrackedRaceImpl to set its raceLogResolver after de-serialization

had to remove MovingAverageProcessor. It was supposed to be removed
anyways, so I'll do that now. It was just left to be compared to the
regressions during development.

fixed comparator for mark passings structures: when mark passings for a single competitors are to be managed,
...
only the time shall be considered, and a comparison with a mark passing that has equal time shall result in 0.
Only collections with mark passings from different competitors need to resolve by competitor in case times are
equal.
