a8bc97c9d2
- Added hasWindData() and hasGPSData() to TrackedRace to easily get information about races with unsufficient data for the raceboard.
...
- Added the display of these new properties in the AdminConsole (TrackedRaces view)
- unified usage of RaceAndRegattaIdentifier instead of RaceIdentifierer in many function calls
- Refactored RaceDTO/StrippedRaceDTO and removed unused data in these classes

added an interruption timer that will interrupt the live leaderboard updater thread if it hangs for

support more three-letter acronyms as "MaxPointsReason" although the model will need to become more intelligent;
...
"MaxPointsReason" is the wrong name meanwhile because some of the literals denote rules according to which
a competitor gets a percentage of the uncorrected score added on top, or even a "redress" which is a reimbursement
improving the uncorrected score.
