chains reaching the same target; need to find out how to resolve.

Axel Uhl 62d26cf43a upgrading target platforms so we can use Java8; 
org.eclipse.osgi has a profile.list file baked in that contains the list of execution environments (EEs).
JavaSE-1.8 is available only in Luna-like versions, so we need to upgrade our target definitions.
Upgrading OSGi entails upgrading Jetty, entails upgrading to a newer version of javax.servlet, ...

Axel Uhl 3124358b75 using a FutureTask to have clients wait for the SecurityService; 
this shall avoid problems during bundle initialization, when the security.userstore.mongodb bundle
is slow to come up and other bundles depending on an instance of UserStore have to wait a little
and only then can initialize the SecurityServiceImpl on which, in turn, other things depend.
Before, clients would try to use the SecurityService which wasn't initialized yet and fail
with an NPE.

the mongodb bundle contains the activator that registers a user store service under
interface UserStore in the OSGi registry. This is what the security service is looking
