Leon Radeck	edf922dfb6	Added ParallelGroupedNumberPairCollectingProcessor. Renamed AveragePairWithStats to PairWithStats to express that this class is now not only used for aggregating an average but also to collect all individual pairs of a group when combined with ParallelGroupedNumberPairCollectingProcessor.
