Axel Uhl 2dd56c4ab7 bug5599: first implementation of a deployApplicationToExistingHost method; 
factored the createLoadBalancingAndAutoScalingSetup functionality which
the new method now uses in common with the createApplicationReplicaSet
method. Still missing: UI
