Jens Rommel 5aa61b30f2 Fixed horribly stupid error with reading 24 bit integer (did quite some calculation and finally returned hard-wired zero :-) - but the calculation was wrong anyway, so returning 0 was not a bad indicator that something was wrong). 
Now it's correct, though the default value (0xFFFFFF) isn't very clear to recognize.

Jens Rommel 6b4e7ba735 First working version. 
Still some values aren't fully understood, yet. E.g. why frame meta data always (!) has: "cid: 0, raceTime: 0, startTime: 0, estimatedStartTime: 0, status: Finished"

Jens Rommel c8e7f2772f Work commit: SwissTiminig panel on Admin Conosole loads races from JSON. 
- introduced new bundle for SwissTiming specific stuff, plus respective test bundle
- added new panel to Admin Console featuring replay of SwissTiminig races
- Actual import of race data just started, not functioning yet.
