Axel Uhl 77494628c6 with this, OutperformingTheGarbageCollectorTest can produce Full GCs with 500 threads in pool, running smoothly with 50 threads

Axel Uhl 59cd5d9f17 added another case to the new test testTotalRankComparatorForOrderedSplitFleetsWithMedalRaceParticipantsNotRacingInLastRaceGoldFleet; 
it tests the "extreme fleet" rule that is supposed to still serve as a default in case no other fleet-based criterion has
decided the comparison
