There are still sporadic test failures, with maneuver candidates being

bug6209: fix test CourseChangeBasedTrackApproximationTest.testTurningDirectionChangeInSameWindow;
...
the damping makes it necessary to turn to the opposite direction a bit
more than only 1.2 times the maneuver threshold when before that the
boat turned the other way. Damping reduces this to below the maneuver
threshold. Increasing this to 1.5 does the job for this test.

avoid serialVersionUID warnings by adding it, also for anonymous inner classes;
...
Eclipse 2025-09 seems to have a different default setting regarding the
corresponding warning. When in Eclipse 2025-06 the
@SuppressWarning("serial") is required to suppress the warning, in
Eclipse 2025-09 the suppression is flagged with a warning, saying the
suppression wouldn't be necessary...
