- needs to live outside com.sap.sse due to dependency on replication
- use mail.properties instead of security.properties
- introduced ServiceTrackerFactory, which led to refactorings in SailingServiceImpl and ~Mock

Shiro's SimpleByteSource isn't serializable. Changed to byte[] instead. Test frame for security replication seems to work now.
