Axel Uhl e293866128 added implementation and test case for the flexible leaderboard column rename use case; 
race log for a renamed column must be migrated in DB which in particular requires removing the race log
events under their old race log identifier key

Axel Uhl 0999c68205 added a failing test case for the scenario described in bug 1854, comment #1; 
Removing a race column does currently not remove its race logs in the database; neither does removing the entire
series or even regatta. The failing test case in TestRaceLogRemoval asserts (but so far fails in asserting) that
removing a race column and re-adding it will lead to a new, empty race log. The fix will naturally be to
add a method in MongoObjectFactory that removes a race log from the database which is called when a race column
is removed. This method should then probably also be invoked when an entire series or FlexibleLeaderboard is
removed.

D049941 4e49ffc670 Refactoring as discussed. 
- MarkedAsyncCallback is now a decorator for another AsyncCallback
- Simplification of the AsyncAction interface, which can be implemented
as anonymous class
- AsyncActionExecutor works with any implementation of AsyncAction now
and calls all necessary methods internal to realize the droping of
actions
- Support for categories of AJAX-requests which should be used for the
execution of AsyncActions
