Made Douglas Peucker points and maneuvertypes selectable with checkboxes.
...
Now it is possible to selecte maneuvers and douglaspeucker point results
via checkboxes at the same time.
A problem, still existing is that the douglas peucker points and maneuver
points on the google map overlay each other depending on the order the
user checks the checkboxes.

ModifiedLeaderboardConfigPanel: This panel now works with LeaderboardDAO
and RaceInLeaderboardDAO. Changed RaceInLeaderboardDialog: This class is
now using a RaceInLeaderboard to edit the changes a selected race.
