is not guaranteed right now.

Added missing path to get method
...
if waitForLatest is true, the triggeredAndNotYetScheduled queue empty and
no ongoingRecalculations -> the future was null and a NPE was thrown
now it just takes the current cache value in that case

partly fixed client-side confidences by sorting wind fixes for request time, not measure time, and picking the one with closest measure time;
...
only calculate position-based confidences on the client because the time-based confidence is already factored into the fix's confidence value.
However, the estimation track probably will need special treatment. See bug2689 comment #13 . On the server it can return null; on the client
the next best fix will always be looked up. This I have to change.
