Lennart Hensler 018999714b Added a new constructor to FormattedDoubleLegDetailColumn with less 
parameters and used it in seperate locations.

There were 4 parameters, which were detail type specific data. So I
created a constructor with the detail type instead, to increas the
readability.

D049941 15cc751975 Lot of documentation for API and tests added. Furthermore the 
implementations for the support of categories of Ajax requests is almost
finished. It remains to add the support to the JavaScript in the file
'ajax-semaphore.js'.
