Removes deprecation warnings
...
Added suppress warnings for Camera API and ActionBar API. Only way to
disable all warnings was to set suppress warning at class level. This
was necessary because of deprecated imports.

...
Extracted methods from the huge callServerAndGenerateCheckinData
method. Each server request is inside an individual method. Introduced
anonymous class URLData. URLData is used to share data between Network
requests instead of lots of final string objects. Improved readability
of CheckinManager class.

Extracted CheckinMangaer logic from HomeFragment. Introduced new
Interface inside CheckinManager. Introduced new abstract activity
CheckinDataActivity. Classes that inherit from CheckinDataActivity
implement a notification method. See GoF Observer Pattern.

Added photo menu item. Added new strings in english and german. Changed
visibility of showChooseExistingPictureOrTakeNewPhoto… - method to
public. Added on onPrepareOptionsMenu method to Regatta Activity.
Tested in german and english with and without leaderboard picture.
