Axel Uhl 688d37d27c bug 4037: automatically "upgrade" to replay format during restore if available; 
still using a kludge for detecting replay format; TracAPI 3.3.2 will
offer a reliable API for that later today

Axel Uhl 5f5a3c460e introduced CourseDesignerMode field on RaceLogCourseDesignChangedEvent and field isWaypointSequenceValid on CourseDesignerMode; 
this is to solve bug 3608 because course designs coming from the ByName course editor will no longer be used to update
a TrackedRace's course.

Fredrik Teschke f8fbbb35dc remove RaceLogEvent[Restore]Factory and RaceLogEvent* housekeeping 
- the factories were not used for any factory purposes, and only resulted in maintenance effort
- unified order of constructor parameters for LogEvent-classes
- standard values for an event-id and createdAt-timestamp are now set once in base classes, instead
  of all over the place
