Create a local dataserver that can be used to establish a communication with the subscription library. It uses both the live and the stored connections.

Parameters:

event - the event

Returns:

a local dataserver

Throws:

java.io.IOException - if there is an error creating the sockets

java.net.URISyntaxException - if there is an error creating the URIs

addDataserverToEvent
