- moved zoom in/out to more options area with new implementations (direkt to google maps api)
- moved fullScreen to more options area with new implementations (open map per java script in fullscreen mode instead of using google maps button)
- clean up button placement e.g. wind and true north buttons. Align with more options button
- exchanged title of new true north button to internationalised one
- adapted style of settings button to rest of button style
