Axel Uhl c0b2bf601e fixed loading of static mark positions for REPLAY races by first creating the TrackedRace, then updating the static mark positions ...

Previously, the tracking was most likely stopped before the 30s interval for re-loading the clientparams.php / .txt expired
which then led to the update of the static mark positions. This caused static marks to have no position at all, breaking
many assumptions.
