Axel Uhl 41d0ed1e6e bug6083: allow SailingApplicationConfiguration to specific Igtimi Riot port; 
this comes with more elaborate defaults for how the "wind" replica set
is named and addressed under a default domain, which is the trigger for
automatically forcing the Riot port to the default for the "wind"
replica set.
