Fredrik Teschke f8fbbb35dc remove RaceLogEvent[Restore]Factory and RaceLogEvent* housekeeping ...

- the factories were not used for any factory purposes, and only resulted in maintenance effort
- unified order of constructor parameters for LogEvent-classes
- standard values for an event-id and createdAt-timestamp are now set once in base classes, instead
  of all over the place
