Axel Uhl 8ab46b3660 fixed synchronization for updating initial start/end of tracking time into new TrackedRace; ...

This way, other receivers will not see the TrackedRace as announced to
the DomainFactory before a callback was invoked which in this case
updates the start/stop tracking times.
