Axel Uhl dae3bfdd68 the Star IDM 2013 Race 5 test suffers from entirely incorrect TracTrac mark passing data; doing manually-crafted tests now; 
I re-generated the MTB file. However, now the TracTrac mark passings are completely off and missing for anything beyond
the first windward mark passing. I've changed the tests so that a couple of interesting situations are verified explicitly.
This has successfully produced a failure for Seefelder's late start. The new start recognition logic doesn't apply here
because a start time is set explicitly in the TracTrac race. The mark passing mainly suffers from a "digital" judgement
of the competitor passing outside the line. Awaiting Nick's more tolerant implementation.
