Axel Uhl f8a2d2fb0d java/target/status now delivers an exit code of 0 if the server is available, and 1 if not; ...

it considers the outputs of /index.html, scanning for a 2XX HTTP
response code, checks the availability of the RacingEventService using
the /sailingserver/api/v1/status end point and checks the replication
stack for availability using /replication/replication?action=STATUS
