- Remove GPTIMER and TIMG related definitions from soc_caps_full.h files
- Move timer peripheral definitions to appropriate HAL layer files
- Update references across components to use proper HAL abstractions
- Consolidate timer group and GPTIMER capabilities organization
- Ensure consistent timer configuration across all ESP32 variants
This refactoring improves the separation of concerns between SOC
capabilities and HAL implementations for timer-related functionality.
This commit updates the following:
- Updates the panic handler to use only the RTC WDT to reset the system.
- Refactors some of the panic handler code.
- Updates Bluetooth files where in they now feed the WDTs instead of
reconfiguring them.
- Removes some unnecessary configuration of WDTs from various files.
- Added a unit test to verify that the system does not lock up when the
panic handler is stuck.
- Updates the memprot unit tests to work with the refactored panic
handler.

This commit replaces the use of portNUM_PROCESSORS and configNUM_CORES
macros in all of ESP-IDF. These macros are needed to realize an SMP
scenario by fetching the number of active cores FreeRTOS is running on.
Instead, a new Kconfig option, CONFIG_FREERTOS_NUMBER_OF_CORES, has been
added as a proxy for the FreeRTOS config option, configNUMBER_OF_CORES.
This new commit is now used to realize an SMP scenario in various places
in ESP-IDF.

fix(panic): fixed cache error being reported as illegal instruction

On riscv chips accessing cache mapped memory regions over the ibus would
result in an illegal instructions exception triggering faster than the cache
error interrupt/exception.
Added a cache error check in the panic handler, if any cache errors are active
the panic handler will now report a cache error, even if the trigger exception
was a illegal instructions.
This commit deprecates the "freertos/xtensa_context.h" and "xtensa/xtensa_context.h"
include paths. Users should use "xtensa_context.h" instead.

- Add warning to compatibility header
This commit marks all functions in soc_hal.h and soc_ll.h as deprecated.
Users should use functions from esp_cpu.h instead.
Also added missing wrap funcions for esp_cpu_stall() in test_panic.c files.
This updates the minimal supported version of CMake to 3.16, which in turn enables us to use more CMake features and have a cleaner build system.
This is the version that provides most new features and also the one we use in our latest docker image for CI.
