Darian Leung 5454499877 refactor: Use enum values for gpio pull up/down fields

Ensure that enum values are used When assigning `pull_up_en` and `pull_down_en`
fields of `gpio_config_t`. Helps avoid `invalid conversion` errors when
building those code snippets in C++.

Bluetooth Examples for Bluedroid host

Note: To use examples in this directory, you need to have Bluetooth enabled in configuration and Bluedroid selected as the host stack.

Example Layout

The examples are grouped into subdirectories by category. Each category directory contains one or more example projects:

ble contains BLE examples
ble_50 contains BLE 5.0 examples
classic_bt contains Classic BT examples
coex contains Classic BT and BLE coex examples

See the README.md file in the upper level examples directory for more information about examples.
