D049941 3770632759 Test support for the SailingService added, which provides a method to 
clear the state. This is necessary, since test needs a way to create a
well defined state.

The method is published via a Servlet. To avoid data loss, it is
protected by a check of the used database. Only if the database
winddbTest is used, the method call will be dispatched to the
SailingService.

D049941 66e4f86c1a SeleniumFieldDecorator added to fix an issue with the creation of the 
proxy for annotated fields of the type List<WebElement>. The new class
is needed, since Seleniums default implementation performs a check
regarding valid annotations for this kind of fields, which is already
done in our ElementLocatorFactory.

D049941 6acb01339f New interface and bundle for test support added. The interface defines a 
method to clear the state of the application (including persisted data)
and is used by the new bundle to create a well known state without any
data, except the default leaderboard.

Since this method should only be used in an isolated test environment,
the defining interface is only visible to the new bundle, which is not
deployed by default.

D049941 252ef5734d Basic implementation for CellTable added to be able to delete existing 
leaderboards. This is needed since we can't drop the database for tests
at the moment. Therefore we can't provide a well know state for tests
and tests have to perform all necessary steps to establish the
preconditions for the test.

- Debug id for button was overwritten because of "Copy & Paste"
- Wrong search context was used for the dialog, since the parent of the
  dialog is the page and not the panel
- AsyncCallbacks exchanged with MarkedAsyncCallbacks and
  waitForAjaxRequests added in the page objects to wait for the requests
  to complete
