The regular expression demanded a three-letter acronym at the beginning
of the sail ID; this has been relaxed now, and now the "default
nationality" coming from the competitor is finally being used for
match-making when the sail ID only has the number.

fixed wind import form our own exported ZIP files;
...
file extensions were not properly recognized, and only .txt files in ZIP
files were used. Now, gpx, kml, etc. that can be parsed by
RouteConverter can be consumed from ZIP files during wind import
