Axel Uhl b883acce9e solved byg 385 by returning null from getWindOnLeg if mark positions are not known; 
this will cause a NoWindException in getLegType which is already caught in the wind estimator

Axel Uhl 4af970de4a during wind estimation, ignore boats "going backwards" in a leg; copes with missing mark passings; 
needed to adjust one test case which was changing the leg type but didn't change the competitor bearings
