Axel Uhl eabdff2ce7 fixed Igtimi connector issue: server timestamp was not properly reset when launching a new connection; 
this would have suggested to the server that the connection was immediately available although it wasn't; this way,
an unsuccessful connection would not have been recognized properly

Axel Uhl b884ad9677 a somewhat more robust way of closing and reconnecting to Igtimi WebSocket servers; 
ignore the onWebSocketClose event if it is caused by the reconnect() call
