D049941 4e49ffc670 Refactoring as discussed. 
- MarkedAsyncCallback is now a decorator for another AsyncCallback
- Simplification of the AsyncAction interface, which can be implemented
as anonymous class
- AsyncActionExecutor works with any implementation of AsyncAction now
and calls all necessary methods internal to realize the droping of
actions
- Support for categories of AJAX-requests which should be used for the
execution of AsyncActions

D049941 a7b2ffbed6 isElementUsable removed since Selenium already throws an exception if 
you interact with an element that not displayed. In addition without
this check its easier to handle the case where a different widget is
displayed if no data is available (e.g. tracked races).

D049941 a9378c3f90 Removed the second class name again since we had to configure the job to 
publish attachments. We also use the nio package now, which should allow
us to store the screenshots anywhere (e.g. FTP) as long as there exist a
FileSytem.

D049941 010282b664 We have to create the directory first before we can write the file. 
This does not work with a URLConnection, so we should consider to
provide different implementations (classes) for storing a screenshot
based on a URL.

D049941 a318945be7 Method clearState implemented and launch-configurations added, which use 
the database for tests (winddbTest).

The launch-configurations also include the gateway bundle for the test
support and have to be used for the local execution of UI-tests.

now to determine the URL parameter for the code server.

D049941 3770632759 Test support for the SailingService added, which provides a method to 
clear the state. This is necessary, since test needs a way to create a
well defined state.

The method is published via a Servlet. To avoid data loss, it is
protected by a check of the used database. Only if the database
winddbTest is used, the method call will be dispatched to the
SailingService.
