Jens Rommel fc6a63c1d6 Changed mongo host and tractract tunnel host from hard-wired IP adress of local hudson server to "localhost". 
This change became necessary after local hudson server could no longer be used for tunneling.

Simon Pamies f4a5aab6cc Reverted a5b5c2e40f - didn't read the 
introduction properly - bug 1345 still holds as we're not talking about
FINISHED state but a TRACKING state that does not properly indicates
that there could be still data missing.

we're in an infiinite loop of stored data - just logging for debugging

Simon Pamies 15715a3e7e It should never happen that the loading progress decreases over time. 
But this happens and seems to be a bug in the TracAPI when loading many
races concurrently. The only possible fix on our side is to stop the
trackers for this race and notify the user.

Jens Rommel df9445499b - changed time stamp source from UTC (system time) to GPS Time 
- replaced hard-wired column numbers by order given by header line
- fixed issue with Excel date conversion. Now settings miliseconds to zero.
