Lennart Hensler 3bc5a4029e Cleaned the context hierarchy 
Removed contexts for event and regatta, because an event or regatta
can't be used as atomar data type (they don't have enough data to make
serious queries possible). The highest context element is now the
HasTrackedRaceContext. Early filtering will still be possible, when the
query is working on RegattaLeaderboards, which will be the case for the
standard case.

Lennart Hensler 0350a54dec Implemented a workflow to enrich the result with additional data 
This was problematic, because a processor can have multiple result
receivers and every result receiver could add additional data. So I
implemented an additional result data builder, that handles the conflicts,
when a member of the additional data is set multiple times.
There's a remaining problem with the StringMessagesForTests, because it
isn't as rich as the string messages used in the productive environment.
When this is resolved, the query tests should be successful.

Lennart Hensler f00dc963ba Implemented a timeouting mechanism for queries with an issue 
The problem is, that the processing still continous, because there is no
abort mechanism for processors right now. The query just stops waiting for
the result and throws a TimeoutException.
