Axel Uhl 902d738893 fixing parts of bug 3695 and 3697: no more null display in AutoPlay leaderboard header if no display name is set; 
always offers simulation overlay checkbox in RaceMapLifecycle-produced settings dialog component because we don't
know the boat class at that point and cannot tell for sure whether or not polar data are available
