Bennet Brunsen 33a5571168 Removed flickering 
Removed method calls, that opened and closed dialogs. Only one dialog
is shown now, when checking in and refreshing regatta data.

Implemented another observer pattern in RegattaFragment and
RegattaActivity.
Added option item in RegattaActivity. Added new strings for refresh
option.

URLData is now initialized inside extractRequestParametersFromUri.
Method extractRequestParametersFromUri only has one return statement
now.

Bennet Brunsen 752ce2d1e5 Refactoring part 2 
Extracted methods from the huge callServerAndGenerateCheckinData
method. Each server request is inside an individual method. Introduced
anonymous class URLData. URLData is used to share data between Network
requests instead of lots of final string objects. Improved readability
of CheckinManager class.

Extracted CheckinMangaer logic from HomeFragment. Introduced new
Interface inside CheckinManager. Introduced new abstract activity
CheckinDataActivity. Classes that inherit from CheckinDataActivity
implement a notification method. See GoF Observer Pattern.

Bennet Brunsen 98235dcf37 Fixed warnings. 
Fixed warnings, by calling the right versions of the API. Added
SuppressLint, if the warning had no easy fix.
