Steffen Schaefer 62819043d2 bug 4041: Changed RegattaLogDeviceMappings to not clear its 
knownRegattaLogs collection to make sure that a mapping update that is
already scheduled will consistently work. This has no impact regarding
memory leaks because the relevant action is to remove all listeners.

Steffen Schaefer 3ec659572f Importing commons logging by its package. We have both, commons logging 
and jcl-over-slf4j in the product. In addition we have no
commons-logging implementation in the product. With this change we can
consistently use jcl-over-slf4j that delivers log messages to jul.

Steffen Schaefer fc9b6c9874 Fixed the header in Spectator to work without z-index, because this 
makes the flyout appear behind the header. This one obviously slipped
through when we implemented header with authentication in all modules.

Steffen Schaefer 0d89902f6f Consistently using servlet API 3.1. There was an export of javax.servlet 
in the GWT bundles that had version 2.x but was 3.x. The GWT bundles do
not export servlet API anymore, so everything can consistently be on
servlet version 3.1 that is provided by our jetty server.
