Steffen Schaefer 1ca55a2d05 Using GPSFix instead of GPSFixMoving for Mark related tests. This

Steffen Schaefer 62819043d2 bug 4041: Changed RegattaLogDeviceMappings to not clear its 
knownRegattaLogs collection to make sure that a mapping update that is
already scheduled will consistently work. This has no impact regarding
memory leaks because the relevant action is to remove all listeners.
