Steffen Schaefer bf94bcee64 Updated SimulatorOverlayTest to track the races again after wind is 
imported to make polar data available. The test is partially temporarily
commented to not include credentials in plain text.

Axel Uhl 24167456f6 use -bindAddress 0.0.0.0 to bind code server to all local interfaces; 
this allows for testing from a different device such as a mobile phone
logged in to the same WiFi network segment.
