Axel Uhl dfc021b07d adding the filter works properly now;

Axel Uhl 2a353732f8 started to adjust tests to AverageWithStats idea; 
as min/max/median etc. are not computed properly yet and as not
all expected aspects (standard deviation) are prepared properly,
the tests regarding AverageWithStats still fail
