extended the /sailingserver/api/v1/regattas/{regattaname}/tracking_devices API endpoint;
...
two new query parameters, "secret" and "deviceUuid", have been introduced to allow callers
with a valid regatta secret to determine the mapping information for at least one known
device ID.
