Jens Rommel abd3f0dd44 Expanded read-only TrackedRace return type of get*Race() methods to mutable DynamicTrackedRace where appropriate. 
According to Axel, the originally intended separation of read-onyl and mutable API via this approach turned out not to be as successful as expected.
