don't set race start time anymore from arbitrary GPS fix; set startOfTracking instead of race start from TracTrac
...
So far, we confused the start of tracking with the start of race in DynamicTrackedRaceImpl and the TracTrac
provider. This is now fixed by a new setter for startOfTracking. Watch out for negative effects of this
fundamental change...

fixed gap calculation in case there is no valid speed for the time point
...
The problem was a premature null result for speed/bearing based on an exponential weigher in case the
time point requested was too far away from the race.
