Axel Uhl 1d09c73718 made RaceBoardPanel a RaceSelectionChangeListener and EventDisplayer; 
RaceBoardEntryPoint now constructs a single-element RaceSelectionModel. When the events are loaded from
the server, the RaceBoardPanel's fillEvents is called which remembers RaceIdentifier-to-RaceDTO
links. This enables later mapping of RaceIdentifier-based selection changes.
