added the necessary creation of a default fleet for legacy RaceColumns in leaderboard loading from Mongo;
...
added error message and robust handling in case a second RaceColumn by the same name is to be added to a
leaderboard; this may happen under rare and erroneous circumstances, probably during replication issues,
but shall not kill the replica. Also, fixed de-selection of tracked race after refactoring with fleets

introduced boolean flag indicating whether net points are corrected; use in EditableLeaderboardPanel;
...
the service now returns a Triple instead of a Pair, new element showing whether the net score is corrected
manually; this is used for bold display in the editing page

use a timeout for join() in tearDown for TracTrac ioThread;
...
there may be a connection with no longer trying to kill the sailing simulator; now, trying to stop the
controller happens quicker than before. Maybe that's why the ioThread doesn't properly terminate.
