bcca62a6cb
building the main Docker image from release obtained from Github;
...
instead of fetching from releases.sapsailing.com the changed version
of the Dockerfile assumes the ${RELEASE}.tar.gz file is in the docker
workspace folder already; for this, the play-with-docker.yml workflow
is changed to obtain the release from Github

updated setup-sailing-server.sh script so it copies imageupgrade[_functions].sh to /usr/local/bin;
...
the imageupgrade_functions.sh script is now expected to be in the path for
mountnvmeswap, to find a partition eligible for swapping to.
